Shipping Policy

Here at Offroad Outfitters, we are committed to getting your gear to your garage as quickly and safely as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Shipping Rates (Australia-Wide)

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout.

  • Express Shipping: Unfortunately, this is something we don't currently offer. We are working on this! If you need a part urgently, please email us contact@offroadoutfitters.au

2. Processing & Dispatch Times

  • In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri).

  • Pre-Order Items: For new releases, please refer to the specific date listed on the product page.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Metro (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane): 3–5 business days.

  • Regional & WA/NT: 7–12 business days.

  • New Zealand: 10–15 business days.

  • Note: These are estimates provided by our couriers (Australia Post, Aramex, or Couriers Please).

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with a Tracking Link.

  • Note for Pre-Orders: You will receive a confirmation email immediately, but your tracking number will only be sent once the shipment has been dispatched.

5. PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

  • Unfortunately, due to the size of some of our items - we are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

6. Lost or Damaged in Transit

Every shipment is tracked and insured.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product immediately and email us at contact@offroadoutfitters.au.

  • If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 10 business days, contact us so we can launch an investigation with the courier.
