Returns & Refunds Policy

At Offroad Outfitters we want to ensure your rig gets exactly what it needs.

1. Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 30-day change of mind return policy for most items. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unused and uninstalled).

  • In its original packaging (boxes must not be torn, greasy, or written on).

  • Free from any signs of "trial fitting" (no bolt marks, scratches, or grease).

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Excluded Items: Electrical components (e.g., wiring looms, sensors, lights) cannot be returned once the packaging is opened due to the risk of short-circuiting during testing.

2. Our Fitment Guarantee (floor mat specific)

We know you’ve invested a pretty penny into your new rig and the last thing you want is to ruin your perfect new carpet or vinyl floor.

Our Promise: Every floor mat we sell is engineered using 3D laser scans of the actual vehicle. We guarantee a perfect fit that accounts for every curve, clip and corner.

If it doesn't fit, we’ll fix it:

  1. Contact us: If your mats don't fit, send us a photo within 30 days of receiving the item.

  2. Our Review: Our team will verify the fitment against your specific vehicle.

  3. The Solution: We will either send you a corrected replacement or provide a 100% full refund and pay for the return shipping.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or fails due to a manufacturing defect:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery for transit damage.

  • Manufacturing warranties are subject to the specific manufacturer’s terms.

  • We will provide a replacement, repair, or refund as required under the Australian Consumer Law.

4. Pre-Order Cancellations

For highly anticipated releases, we may offer pre-orders to secure your stock.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of ordering receive a 100% refund.

  • Cancellations made after 48 hours (while the item is in transit to us/you) will incur a $15 admin fee.

5. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us: contact@offroadoutfitters.au

  2. Include: Order #, Name, and Reason for Return.

  3. Wait for Authorization: Do not send parts back without confirmation from us. Items sent back without approval may be rejected at the warehouse.
